Questions?
We’ve got answers brought to you by Software’s skincare experts.
What's the difference between this vitamin C and the other vitamin Cs that are available on the market?
The Software Vitamin C + Ferulic Serum is one of the most potent vitamin Cs on the Australian market. Most vitamin C serums contain 2-4% vitamin C, but ours has a full 15% vitamin C as well as ferulic acid, which works to protect against the premature signs of ageing and rejuvenate the skin by improving skin elasticity and firmness.
Can all skin types use this Vitamin C + Ferulic Serum?
Vitamin C is a hero ingredient that’s beneficial for all skin types and skin concerns. It helps to protect against premature ageing, fights pigmentation and dark spots, brightens skin, improves elasticity, and protects against UV-induced damage caused by free radicals.
While vitamin C serums boost the effectiveness of your skin’s defence, you must always follow it up with a full-spectrum SPF before stepping outside.
Where do I use vitamin C in my skincare regimen?
Vitamin C serums are best used as part of your morning skincare routine, immediately after cleansing and before moisturiser and SPF.
Does using the Vitamin C + Ferulic Serum have any side effects?
Because the Vitamin C + Ferulic Serum contains potent actives, you may experience some purging (initial breakouts) as you start to use the product, especially if it is your first time to use this ingredient in your routine. However, your skin should clear after a few weeks as your skin cells turn over. Results take time, so do stick with your product. Should your symptoms persist, please consult your doctor.
