How to use our hair products for hair growth
Step 1: Cleanse & prime
Wet hair thoroughly and apply shampoo throughout your scalp to tips. Use every 2-3 days or according to your hair needs.

Using the routine
Step 1: Cleanse
Apply a small amount of the Daily Cleanser to wet skin. Massage thoroughly and rinse off, patting the skin dry with a towel or cleansing cloth. Use morning and night.

Step 2: Moisturise
After cleansing, massage 1-2 pumps of the Daily Moisturiser into the face and neck. Perfect for use in the morning or at night, especially as a first layer to buffer against treatment.

Step 3: Protect
Apply a generous amount to the face and neck 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, towelling, and perspiring.
The Daily Sun Defence SPF50+ provides dual protection against both UVA and UVB rays, which may reduce the risk of photoageing, sun spots, and some skin cancers. The lightweight formulation blends seamlessly into the skin, sitting nicely under makeup without leaving a white cast.
Butyloctyl Salicylate: Supports stablisation of UV-filters while maintaining a smooth, moisturising feel
Bemotrizinol: Broad spectrum UV absorber that protects against both UVA and UVB rays
Reapply often and use clothing, hats and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun, avoiding prolonged exposure. Contains ethanol. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Holding upper part of the face mask sheet, peel away outer fabric layer. Apply the gel side to clean, dry skin. Smooth over your face to ensure a tight fit. Leave on for 20 to 25 minutes. Gently massage the remaining serum into the skin.
Do not use on the same night as your prescription formula.

Using the booster
Step 1: Chemical exfoliation
Pump and lather a small amount of the Salicylic Foaming Wash in damp hands and gently massage over face, neck, and chest. Use 2-3 times per week as an exfoliator.

The dual action of beta-hydroxy acid and poly-hydroxy acid unclogs debris and trapped oils in the pores, clears away acne-causing bacteria and reduces the formation of blackheads and whiteheads.
Unlike others, our formula contains a unique blend of low-irritant ingredients for acne-prone and sensitive skin and can be used a few times a week across your face, chest and back to target breakouts.
Salicylic Acid: A beta-hydroxy acid that exfoliates and unclogs pores, clears away bacteria and reduces blackheads.
Gluconolactone: A poly-hydroxy acid that gently lifts and exfoliates surface layer skin cells to reveal soft and renewed skin.

Step 2: Physical exfoliation
Wet cleansing cloth and gently scrub away the Salicylic Foaming Wash using the rougher side. Once product is removed, switch to the gentle side to buff away any impurities.

These organic cotton cloths remove makeup, dirt, sunscreen and dead skin, to reveal balanced and brighter skin.
Organic Cotton: High-density cotton gauze on one side and pure organic cotton on the other provides gentle exfoliation whilst drying the skin.
Step 3: Moisturise
Apply 1-2 pumps of the Ceramide Repair Balm after cleansing to rehydrate and protect your skin barrier.

Using the booster
Step 1: Brighten & tighten
After cleansing, gently squeeze a small amount onto the applicator and apply under the eye and around the orbital bone. Store in the fridge for an additional cooling effect. Do not apply directly to the eye.
Targeting under-eye concerns from all angles, the Multi-Peptide Eye Serum reduces the appearance of dark circles, puffiness, and fine lines, while firming and smoothing skin texture.
Nonapeptide-1: Energises skin cells to brighten and smooth the skin.
Sodium hyaluronate: Attracts, binds, and retains moisture in the skin barrier layers to keep skin hydrated and healthy.

Each product is free from harsh irritants like active ingredients or fragrances, and aims to soothe and nourish the skin as it adjusts to prescription-strength ingredients.
We recommend using the Essential Skincare Routine as your morning and evening routine, especially during the first 6-8 weeks of treatment. Apply treatment after cleansing at night, using the Daily Moisturiser for both layers of the sandwich method. For extra hydration, apply the Ceramide Repair Balm after moisturising.

What's in the Essential Skincare Routine?
The Essential Skincare Routine is designed to cleanse, hydrate and protect your skin as you use prescription-grade treatment. It is made up of our Daily Cleanser, Daily Moisturiser, and Daily Sun Defence SPF50+, and is to be used alongside your Software treatment.
How does the Essential Skincare Routine fit with my Software treatment?
The Essential Skincare Routine is a simple 3-step routine, designed to hydrate and protect your skin through your treatment plan.
In the morning:

Is the Daily Sun Defence a chemical or physical sunscreen?
If you’ve heard the terms chemical, physical, mineral, and organic in relation to sunscreen, here are the key differences:
Organic (“chemical”) sunscreens are based on a carbon chain structure with higher absorption and UVA protection levels. This is ideal for people who use sunscreen to prevent pigmentation and signs of ageing.
Inorganic (“physical”) sunscreens are based on minerals or ionic compounds (hence why they’re often called mineral sunscreens), and feature zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. These can often give off a white cast because they’re made up of larger molecules. Physical sunscreens are often thicker, looking and feeling like a zinc blocker.
Software’s Daily Sun Defence is a chemical sunscreen.
These products are different to ones I ordered before. What happened?
We’ve updated our packaging and formulations in line with feedback we received from our customers. Our updated versions include improved formulations and packaging that is easier to use.
Our Daily Moisturiser was reformulated to sit nicer on the skin. You’ll experience the same levels of hydration, but with a silkier, smoother formula.
We received many requests to update our Solar Fluid to be without a tint, hence the new Daily Sun Defence SPF50+.
