How to use the Ceramide Repair Balm
Massage 1-2 pumps into the face and neck in the morning after cleansing.

Absolutely! This product was formulated to enhance the results from your prescription formula, while combating any dryness or redness you may be experiencing.
Tip: If your skin is sensitive, you may use the “sandwich method” and apply the Ceramide Repair Balm before your prescription formula as a buffer.

Can I use the Ceramide Repair Balm with retinol?
Yes, you can. We recommend using the Ceramide Moisturiser with the Retinol Complex Oil as it can mitigate potential side effects like redness, dryness and peeling while maintaining the integrity of the skin barrier.
Are ceramides good for eczema?
Some findings1 suggest that skincare products enriched with Ceramides can soothe irritated and dry skin caused by eczema, but more research is currently needed.
